At Charter-Torrevieja we recognise that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we offer a transparent and fair cancellation, refund and change policy.
In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the start of the rental – 100%refund of the paid amount.
For cancellations between 7 and 2 days prior to the start of the rental – 80%refund.
If cancelled less than 48 hours prior to rental – no refunds.
Failure to show up at the specified time and place is considered a cancellation without refund.
If you need to change the date, time or type of transport to be hired, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to accommodate your wishes and offer possible options.
If we are forced to cancel your booking for reasons beyond your control, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund 100% of the amount paid within 10 working days. Refunds will only be made to the same payment method used when booking.
The deposit is payable at the time of booking and is always refundable , even in case of cancellation, no-show or no contact. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used to make the booking.
